Conductive Metal Yarn

IN PRODUCTION

Tinned copper filaments helically wound around a core. Loom-made, so it is mass manufacturable.

REACH · RoHS · SGS

Three views of the yarn: a spool of it resting on wood, a macro of the metal filament coiled around the core, and an electron micrograph of the cut end labelling the outer metal layer and the polymer core

Coverings are tinned copper. Coating options are PU and FEP (Teflon). More coverings lower the resistance and increase toughness.
