This site collects nothing about you that you did not choose to send it. That is not a policy position so much as a description of how it is built — no cookie of its own, no analytics script, and exactly one host other than this domain contacted anywhere on it: the anti-spam check on the enquiry form.

Who is responsible

What this website does

• No cookies. Nothing this site serves sets a cookie or writes to local storage. The one script it does not serve itself is the Turnstile widget described below, which is Cloudflare's code and behaves on Cloudflare's terms rather than ours.
• No analytics. There is no analytics script, no tag manager and no pixel. Nobody is counting your visit.
• One third-party host. Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this domain on every page, and so is every script but one: a page carrying an enquiry form also loads Cloudflare's Turnstile widget from challenges.cloudflare.com. Loading any other page contacts no host but this one.
• One kind of form. The enquiry form is the only thing on this site to submit, and using it is optional — contact by email or telephone works just as well, using the details above. What the form collects, and how long it is kept, is set out below.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information a browser sends in order to deliver a page — your IP address, the page requested, and your user agent — and retains it briefly for security and operational purposes. LiTex does not receive that data as a report and does not combine it with anything else.

If you send us an enquiry through this site

A form asks for your name, your company, an email address we can reply to and, if you choose to give it, your country. The rest is the enquiry itself — what you need, and, where a form asks for it, the product, grade, quantity and intended application. That is the whole of it: nothing is recorded that you did not type.

Two of the fields are hidden. One records which form you submitted, so that a single endpoint can serve every form. The other is an empty box no visitor ever sees and only an automated script fills in; a submission that arrives with it filled is discarded and never stored. Neither field says anything about you.

Your submission is written to Cloudflare Workers KV — the key-value store behind this site's form endpoint — and emailed to LiTex. The stored copy expires automatically after 180 days. That expiry is set on the record at the moment it is written, so deletion is a property of the storage rather than something someone has to remember to do. The email that reaches the sales mailbox is then held on the terms in the next section.

No IP address is recorded. The form endpoint does not read the address your submission came from, does not store it and does not pass it on — not even to Cloudflare Turnstile, whose verification API accepts an optional visitor IP that this site deliberately declines to send. What is kept is the contents of the form and the time it arrived. Cloudflare's own hosting logs, described above, are a separate matter and outside LiTex's hands.

Cloudflare Turnstile. A page carrying a form also loads a small script from challenges.cloudflare.com, and the endpoint checks its result before accepting anything. It establishes that a submission is coming from a person rather than from a script, which is what lets the form stay open to anyone at all without the sales mailbox filling with spam. It runs on the form pages only; no other page of this site requests it.

Resend. The enquiry email is delivered by Resend, engaged solely to carry it to LiTex. Your browser never contacts Resend — the request is made server-side, after your submission has already been stored.

If you email or telephone us

Then we hold whatever you send us: your name, your address, and what you asked about. We use it to answer you and to handle any resulting quotation, sample or order, and we keep it for as long as that business relationship needs. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company for marketing.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@litex.com.tw and say which. If a request is about an inquiry you sent us, telling us roughly when you sent it makes it much faster to find.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
